Shipping policy

Shipping Days

To ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition, we only ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. This prevents plants from sitting in warehouses or sorting facilities over the weekend. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Times

• Finland: estimated 3-5 business days
• EU countries: estimated 5-8 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Packaging

All plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive healthy and undamaged. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
