Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the plants are returned in the same condition as sent. If you wish to return an order, please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the process.

Return shipping is free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned plants, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, diseased, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, preparation may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
